Instruction for installation and Maintenance of Batteries :
  1. Selection of the appropriate size for your vehicle or equipment is very essential.
  2. Battery shall be filled with cid sourced from a reliable supplier source with a concentration of no less than 150 and no more than 1280 according to the climatic conditions. Under relatively high temperature the concentration of acid shall be 1250 while under cool temperature the acid concentration must be 1280.
  3. After being filled with acid solution, leave the battrey for 30 min. and observe the level of acid, if it is below the desired level, fill up to the specified level by adding the solution up the specified level and do not fill up to more than this level in order not to reach out to the caps level.
  4. Ensure that caps are tightly fitted.
  5. Battery must be appropriate fitted in the vehicle.

Very Important Instructions for Battery Maintenance :
  1. Always observe the battrey water, and this can take place once every month and if it is decreased up to acid level in one of the battery cells, in this case add some distilled water and be careful not to add acid instead of distilled water. The battery musy recharged until seeing gases emitted from the battery cells.
  2. If the motor not working and the lights are not sufficiently lighting, the alarm sound is too weak or the density of the solution is below the level ( under high tempereture 1190 and uner relatively cool temperature less than 1220 ), in such a case the battery will need to be recharged until all cells are free of any emitted gases. The voltage will cease to increase, the solution density will reach the correct level (1250-1220) and will remain stable at this value and lasts for more than one hour. Be careful that when recharging the battery the solution must be warm not cool.
  3. Keep the battery clean and dry and also protect the battery poles against rust which will negatively affect operation efficiency and renders recharging process impossible.
  4. Remove corrosion or rust from the battrey terminals by cool or hot water and then leave them until get dry then apply Vaseline on the surface.

Instructions when stop using the battery for a long period :
  1. If the battery has been stored, it must be recharged once very month.
  2. The battery must be stored in a dry cool place away from sirect Sun rays and rain.
  3. Disconnect the car motor cables from the battery poles/terminals when it is not in use for a long period.
  4. The battery must be kept out of reach of flammable materiales such as benzene or vinyl chloride.
